Streaming & Keys
Will my stream get copyright striked?
No, we will not copyright strike your video/stream for having Tank Arena or Tank Arena music in the background. If you have any issues with your video/stream being taken down, please let us know and will look into it!
Can I get a free key to stream or review your game?
Unfortunatly, we are unable to provide you with a free key at the moment. We do run big discounts on all our games throughout the year, and lots of game giveaways on our Discord!
Can I request a press kit?
Absolutely — email us at Creators and let us know which game and outlet it's for, and we'll send over assets and key art.
Merch
Do you sell merch?
Not just yet — we're working on it! Follow our socials or join our Discord so you're the first to know when a store goes live.
Where will merch be sold once it launches?
We'll be announcing the store and where to find it on our social channels and Discord — no need to email us to ask, just keep an eye out!

Where can I chat with the team and other players?

Do you run giveaways?
Yes! We regularly give away game keys and other prizes on our Discord, so join up and keep notifications on.

How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 2-3 business days. Support requests involving a game-breaking bug are prioritized first.
I found a bug — what should I include in my email?
Send us your platform, game version, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots, videos, or log files help us track it down faster.
My game crashed or won't launch, what do I do?
Email Support with your platform, game version, and any error message or crash log you can find — that lets us dig in much faster.

How do I find out about new features and updates?
We post patch notes and major announcements on our Discord and socials — that's the fastest way to stay in the loop.
Do you share sneak peeks or behind-the-scenes content?
Yes! We regularly drop teasers, work-in-progress footage, and dev updates on Discord and our socials before they go anywhere else.
When is a game releasing?
Check the game's store page for the latest status — we also post major release updates on our socials and Discord as they're confirmed.
